Sunday/Monday: Laboring...

The movers finally came yesterday!! About time...morning cardio today; just did a quads and chest split, extremely taxing. Heavier legs today: leg press, squats, extensions, single leg squats...volume chest: incline flies, incline press, DB flat bench, low-pulley cable flies, then post-workout cardio...I was starving afterwards!! We hit up Maggiano's on the way home for my weekly cheat (I ate SO much and just felt satisfied - lol) and soon I will enjoy my Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple from CF :) Leaving early am to make a trip of north...
