I just competed in the IFBB Ft. Lauderdale Cup on October 8th & finished 8th - looked my best EVER! I also did 3 photo shoots a couple days before the show, can't wait to share those pics with you all!
So I decided to actually film a video of me in my posing suit so you can see my great conditioning and all of my full round muscles! :) I have been posting several new videos to my website of my contest ready body this month.
