New Email

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have a NEW email address: catherine_fitness@yahoo.com.... I have not checked the old one (catherine@catherinefitness.com) now in a while, due to the enormous quanties of spam I get there. It was getting way too difficult to filter through all the junk and find actual emails. I look forward to everyone's emails, without the annoying SPAM!!! :)
