I'm super excited to say that I will be working at the Species Nutrition booth at the Arnold Classic March 6th-8th!! My prep is going well! I've adjusted to my diet and 11 cardio sessions quite well. I go up to Ohio to see Mike Davies this weekend, get my butt kicked in the gym and get a new diet. I've posted progress pics taken in the gym after a training session yesterday. My weight is right around 140 lbs.
